Our President
Our President, Albert Chatmon, Jr. brings many years of experience in real estate investment, sales, and property management, giving him a deep understanding of the needs of property owners and the critical importance of placing qualified residents while maintaining well-managed properties. Our CFO
Our CFO, Christine Chatmon, has been a real estate investor since 2016, specializing in the buy-and-hold strategy and cultivating a portfolio of income-producing properties. Her current focus is scaling operations through the acquisition of multifamily buildings, leveraging proven investment principles to achieve long-term growth while identifying and maximizing value in strategic real estate opportunities.
